My New Grill

So I figured if I was gonna brag about all my teeth, I better have at least one picture to prove it. So here it is, me cheesing it and showing off my 6 pearly whites. Hope everyone has a great weekend. By the way, did you notice something?.....it's been less than a week since my last post. I am getting better.

9 Months

Please forgive my mommy for hardly ever posting on my blog. I am so excited about the fact that I am 9 moths old now. I am crawling around really well, just like a pro. This has allowed me to cover a lot of ground and I am able to get into EVERYTHING!! I am also getting really good at pulling myself up and taking a few steps around the furniture. Needless to say my parents are quickly trying to baby proof the house. Who needs baby proofing anyway?

I had my 9 month check-up this last week, I now weigh a whopping 18lb 12oz, and I am 27 inches long!! I also just cut my 6th tooth this week, pretty soon and I won't even have to eat that nasty baby food! Dr. Davis says I am growing wonderfully! Everything is great except I have an ear infection (although my mom couldn't tell since I wasn't even acting sick) and I am now battling diarrhea and a nasty diaper rash from the antibiotics I am taking =( BUMMER!

Each day I am making new sounds and discovering new things. I can clap my hands, dance, and I even am starting to wave!! My parents love to listen to my laugh, so I try to entertain them with it as often as I can.

I am still trying to figure out the sippy cup thing, that is just weird...cold stiff coming out of a hard flat opening?? No thanks, I will take a bottle.

Time for an update!!

I have been so busy these days that I just haven't had time to keep you all in the loop. These days I enjoy inching my way over to my new found friend, Devlin the cat. Once I arrive at my destination, I prefer to grab a handful of cat hair. It doesn't matter how many times, I do it, it never seems to get old. I am also quite proud of my accomplishments, like when I pull myself up to standing position, I am so proud of myself!!

I love the water, this includes baths and swimming. I have been swimming several times this summer and am quite the little fish! Everyone says I have quite the personality, I am always smiling and happy. I am not talking yet, however I make several different sounds, including dada! Of course daddy thinks this is the best thing ever.

Mommy decided to go back to work full time (3- 12 hour shifts), so I still get to spend Sundays with daddy and now I get to spend 2 weekdays with Grandma Sandra! Although I have fun with daddy and grandma I sure do miss mommy, I have a hunch that she misses me too!

Tammy Two Teeth!!

So the big news these days is I am 6 months old now, and I have 2 teeth!! That's right, I have added 2 pearls to my already stunning smile.


I am growing like you wouldn't believe. My mommy and daddy say I will be crawling any day now too. That means I will soon have access to all kinds of things, I can't wait! Hope you guys are enjoying your sumer as much as I am. I have already been swimming 3 times!! Talk to you all soon!

Wow!! I am already 5 months!

Well, a lot has happened since I talked to you all. I had a visit from the Kaibo's and I got to play with my 2nd cousin Kaila, she is almost 2 years old.

So I don't know about all of you, but time sure does fly when you are having fun! I turned 5 months old on Mother's Day and my mommy and daddy are so proud of me. Since I am now 5 months old, I got to go to not only 1, but 2 graduations. On Friday we drove to Texas A&M to see "aunt" Meghan graduate with her Master's Degree. I had a lot of fun since I got to see Desmond, my Houston boyfriend. Then the next morning we got to see aunt Rebecca graduate from UNT with an Interior Design degree, mom says she is a sumo wrestler and then something else about a cum laude?? I don't know, but all I could tell is it means you are real smart and you get to wear a special sash when you graduate. At any rate, I got real familiar with my car seat that weekend, but mom and dad said I was an Angel!!

After aunt Rebecca's graduation I went to great aunt Joyce and uncle Paul's house. I got to meet my 2nd cousin Lorelei, it was so much fun meeting a little person who is a girl!! We totally bonded and as you can see we were quite the Main attraction!

On Mother's Day we went over to Rick's house and had BBQ!! Mmmm mmmm. I saw great aunt Kay, great grandma Dorothy, uncle Aaron, Kyle, Kelsey, and of course Rick. I got to go swimming for the first time and did you know that the water in the pool is made special, I just couldn't stop tasting it.

I got tired of just having milk all the time, so I have started eating cereal! I love to play with my feet and I am finding that they are quite helpful when I am trying to reach things. I also love to roll over on my tummy hold my head up and squeal!! Well that is all for now, talk to you soon!

***NEWS FLASH***
Mommy & I took uncle Aaron to Baton Rouge this past weekend for Kaila's 2nd birthday party. I had a blast swimming in the pool & working on my tan. I got to spend an afternoon with Tia Becky too which was lots of fun.

Long Time!!

Sorry it has been so long since I posted on here, but I had to fire my old publisher (since they were too slow) and hire a new one. Hopefully this one doesn't disappoint me and my fans. Well for those of you who don't already know I just recently celebrated my 4 month birthday, but I didn't get to have any cake!! I went to the doctor on Friday and I now weigh 12 lb 8 oz and I am 22 1/2 inches long!! My mom says I am growing like a weed.Not only am I growing in size, but I am also starting to do other things. I am smiling and laughing a lot and everyone says my personality is really starting to emerge. Whatever that means?? I am now somewhat mobile, so everybody better watch out! I roll from my back to my tummy and my arm gets stuck so I have to throw my butt and legs into the air and then push my feet to get it out, but in the process I end up turning a circle. Mom calls it "baby break dancing", but I don't find it funny at all.
A few weeks ago I had my first overnight stay. Mommy and daddy went to San Diego to celebrate their anniversary and they let me stay with Grandma Sandra and Grandpa Jerry for 3 whole nights!! They said I was pretty good and I sure did have fun playing with them. But really how could I be bad, I mean just look at me, all I have to do is bat my eyes and that's all it takes. My First Sleepover

So last week Mommy and I drove to Del Rio to visit my boyfriend Nick and his mom Auntie Amanda. The car ride wasn't bad, I just fell asleep and when I woke up we were there! I got to sleep in my boyfriends bed, but Daddy says that will never happen again!! I tried to tell him it was just his playpen and that Nick slept with his mom, but Daddy wouldn't listen to me.

Speaking of beds, I have decided that I like sleeping in my room much better than I like sleeping next to Mommy and Daddy. I think Mom and Dad sleep better and personally I like it too. My Mommy has decided to go back to work and that's fine with me because that means I get to spend more time with Daddy and Grandma Sandra. Daddy keeps me on Sundays and Grandma Sandra is gonna be coming over to my house one day a week and that means I can pretty much do whatever I want to that day. As the saying goes, "What happens with Grandma, stays with Grandma." Or is it "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas," hmmm, who knows? Well I am on my way to being a 10 pounder, I weighed 9lb 9 oz just the other day. Wow I Me doing what I do best...looking cute! need to go on a diet soon!
